The customer reports that the attached file when rendered with the following command line:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\gs\gs9.27\bin\gswin32c.exe" -r4000 -dBATCH -dNOPAUSE -sDEVICE=tiffsep -dUseCropBox -sOutputFile=%1.%%03d.tif %1

causes incorrect output. Specifically the two capital A glyphs are flipped vertically.

Bisecting indicates the problem was introduced with this commit:

355434f4b1bbe8c4f98cafad5a6868aa2f0eaae1

Using -dUseCropBox keeps the output file size to sane levels, the problem is immediately clear in the composite output. If its easier to test with, it appears the problem exhibits with the tiff24nc device as well.
