See screenshot. Between 2015-05-13 and 2015-06-08, I seem to have lost the rights to add comments to some bugs. Most of the affected seems to be customer bugs though I do not see a clear pattern, and I didn't need to anyway, mostly just to look up previous comments occasionally when I get a gs-bugs e-mail. I thought it was just some general updates or changes in policies. When Henry asked for an update to bug 695074 5 weeks ago (http://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=695074#c18), I fired off an e-mail to both Henry and Marcos with an update, as well as a request for clarification of the change.

Please clarify, and/or feel free to mark as invalid.

It was decided to only let staff comment on customer bugs.  Please create a new bug and list it as a blocker for the customer bug.
