When the attached page is rendered by Ghostscript head (r10946) most of the page is blank.  Acrobat Reader 9.3.1 and Apple Preview 5.0.1 (503) render the page correctly (earlier versions of Ghostscript, including 8.64, put more data on the page, but not all of it).

The command line I'm using:

  bin/gs -sDEVICE=ppmraw -o test.ppm ./leon_2b.pdf

Looks like r9769 changed the output from wrong to mostly blank:

Update the included copy of jbig2dec with the 0.10 release.

Tried with trunk r11011. Processing this file generates this message:
jbig2dec FATAL ERROR decoding image: runlength too large in export symbol table (1048 > 20 - 0)
