The customer reports and I've verified that gshead (r8296) renders the attached
PDF with extraneous vertical lines in the embedded raster images.  Acrobat
Reader (v7.0) does not do this.

The vertical lines do not appear at 148 DPI and below.  At 149 DPI there are a
few lines and at 150 DPI the images is almost obscured by the lines (see
screenshot.png attached).

The command line I'm using for testing:

  bin/gs -sDEVICE=ppmraw -sOutputFile=test.ppm -r150 ./edgewater_15.pdf
