I will ask John Derosiers to give an estimate on adding glyphs to the SH fonts that we license to customers.
Note that all the *cedilla glyphs should be drawn with a commaaccent. According to the Adobe Glyph List they should be named *commaaccent. I haven't checked all fonts, but at least some of the URW fonts do contain these glyphs with commaaccent.
This bug has been superceded by the use of the AndaleMonoWTG font by the customer. One of the issues addressed with this font was the 'alias' glyph names that accounted for supposedly "missing" glyphs since the issue was that the font had the glyphs under a different name. The revisions to the postalias processing allows either name to be used. We no longer have a need for additional glpyhs to the SH fonts. Note that Artifex Software also has a "World Trade" font available (from URW) that has all of the glyphs needed. This is available under separate license.
