The ghostscript for windows 8.50 has an ommition.If you go to:
start>>controlpanel>>add/remove programs and select the ghostscript it should 
have Click here for support information AND BY CLICKING THERE a window with 
title:Support Info SHOULD OPEN.

The uninstall registry named values are given at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/msi/setup/uninstall_registry_key.asp

We currently write DisplayName and UninstallString, which are the only two
required values.
We should also write
"HelpLink", a URL for Support Information.
"Publisher" and "URLInfoAbout", for Publisher.
"URLUpdateInfo", for Product Updates.

Bug #688027 is similar but applies to the fonts.
Bug #688026 is similar but applies to GSview.

Merging in the font bug with this one.  User requests that the gs fonts package
do the same thing.

confirmed. something went wrong between 1.05 and 1.06.

resolution: we should start maintaining our own repository with versions of the
URW fonts.

The issue is moot now because Windows 7 and 10 have no such links or buttons.
