Test file "MTV Backlit Mech 1.4 50%.2-3.ai" fails with
CVS HEAD with the error:

Error: /undefined in Adobe_level2_AI5

This is an urgent bug for the customer.

Test files available on casper.

The sample file is a native Adobe Illustrator file, not a
valid PostScript file. The file doesn't embed any PS
resources but
includes them with %%IncludeResource .

The user can open the file in Adobe Illustrator and re-save it
with all resources included.

To process such files in Ghostscript we need to interpret
%%IncludeResource comment and re-implement (or license)
Adobe Illustrator resources from several versions of
Illustrator.

Since the required Procset is not part of the file, this is not a Ghostscript bug.
