blue title not bold

In the attached file, the blue title "PRESENTER BIOGRAPHY" is bold with other viewers (i.e. Evince, Acroread, xpdf), but not with mupdf (I am using the mupdf package for Ubuntu 15.10 (I believe it's 1.7-1)).

The blue title is bold with the latest version of mupdf.

It may not look as bold as other viewers, but since the font is not embedded that all depends on which substitute font is in use, or whether the other viewers can pick up CenturyGothic-Bold from the system installed fonts.
