PDF file that will produce blank pages

I have found that 9.16 will produce blank pages on the submitted file, and some others, but the same file will process fine with 9.14

This issue has already been fixed in the current development version of Ghostscript.  We will be releasing Ghostscript 9.18 within the next few weeks, so I suggest you continue to use 9.14 until then.
