Civil Docketing Statement Form for the 4th Court of Appeals in Texas that cannot be read/viewed by mupdf.

All,

I don't know if this is a bug report or feature request, so fee free to change. Texas courts have recently required electronic submission of documents and publish various pdf forms to be filled in and submitted. The following is a link to the Civil Docketing Statement for the 4th Court of Appeals in Texas:

http://www.txcourts.gov/media/515780/cv_ds.pdf

Initially the introductory page "Please Wait..." is displayed in mupdf, but nothing ever follows. I don't know if the inability to read the form is due to a bug, or a lack of capability. Either way, if it is a bug it is worth fixing, if it is a feature request -- being able to read and save the form is a much needed feature.

I'll attach a copy of the form for convenient reference.

This is an XFA form. We do not currently support XFA forms.
