Files in the new iOS 8 iCloud drive are not accessible in mupdf, and probably should be.

To do this, we will need to implement a new file explorer based on UIDocumentPickerViewController. We may also need to may tweaks ensure the security tokens in any urls aren't lost, and also to implement the file coordination APIs so that changes made on one device are transferred to other devices without corruption.
