We have a QNX Neutrino system with very low memory available for usage.
Currently we are using the fitz library and mupdf to implement the pdf reader for Photon.
The issue is that the pdf reader requires a lot of memory during scrolling and zoom operations.

Are there any settings in fitz library which may help me to reduce this memory usage.

There are various things that can be done to optimise memory use, yes, in particular tuning of the store size. Without seeing your code or knowing more details it is difficult to give hard and fast suggestions.
