Starting with 2b91a85069d421465220a83c82ea491733d15017 several regression files have some areas that are unexpectedly black when rendered at 300 dpi to the pgmraw device. These files include but are not limited to: tests_private/comparefiles/Bug690709.pdf tests_private/comparefiles/Bug691783.pdf tests_private/comparefiles/Bug691821.pdf tests_private/pdf/PDFIA1.7_SUBSET/CATX6508.pdf tests_private/pdf/PDF_1.7_FTS/fts_09_0921.pdf tests_private/pdf/PDF_1.7_FTS/fts_09_0922.pdf tests_private/pdf/PDF_1.7_FTS/fts_12_1205.pdf An example command line: bin/gs -sDEVICE=pgmraw -o test.pgm -r300 ./fts_09_0921.pdf
Digging into this. A fun combination of shading, transparency and clist.
