It does not conflict with current VS2008 solution/project.

Also patch contains updated references in projects to freetype 2.4.6 (I do not know how to make patch without it included, so sorry about that)

Thanks, but it's bad enough having to maintain both the makefile and MSVC project file already. I don't want to add yet another project file that needs to be maintained and kept in sync for little to no benefit. As long as VS2010 can import and use the VS2008 project we're happy.
