re-add backspace and f, add z Z and _

Hi,

I would like to present a patch to (re-) enable f for next-page and backspace for prev-page as documented in the manpage.

Additionally I would like to suggest a keybinding to reset the zoom to the default value of 72dpi (or the command line value), for example '_'.

The main feature would be 'z' and 'Z' to get a zoom-to-fit-window and
zoom-to-fill-window.

Thank You!

   Michael

It's availiable as app-text/mupdf-0.7-r1 in Gentoo http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-x86/app-text/mupdf/ .

sync manpage with 0.7 code

Attached patch syncs the manpage with the current code, I think the discrepancy with documentation is the most important problem to be fixed relating to this bug.

However I do really miss some of the removed bindings, particularly p=prev-page which I would find convenient to keep. 'n' has of course been used for searches so re-adding 'p' would cause some asymmetry but I don't think this is a problem; moving forwards and backwards are probably the two most important bindings and space+p seem better-positioned better on a qwerty keyboard for a right-handed person than either space+b or space+backspace.

The man pages and web page should now be in sync with the actual key bindings used in MuPDF. The current key bindings are designed to be useful for both Qwerty and Dvorak based layouts.
