Please get latest Adobe CMap files:
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/opensource/cmap/cmapresources_cns1-6.tar.z

it was called before acXX.tar.Z

Ghostscript already includes all CMap files listed here:
http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/cmap/Downloads
