Patch to compile the latest mupdf version (dated 2009-09-03) with IBM VisualAge
C/C++ V7 on AIX5L V5.1 and later.

We have switched to using make instead of jam. Editing the makefile should be easier now, but since we don't have any AIX machines to test on I'll leave that up to the users. The 'restrict' keyword can be removed by setting a #define either in fitz_base.h or CFLAGS.
