These devices have recently been removed from GS as unused and bit-rotten. (commit f2e2e3c1bb24)
This bug can be closed.

Closing as WONTFIX since the device dmpr device was removed in:

commit f2e2e3c1bb24887bce699821a3da1f8b3bbd12be Author: Chris Liddell <chris.liddell@artifex.com>

    Remove the dmprt device

It has code which triggers security warnings, it has not built as it stands
since before 8.71 (so >10 years) and has significant (segfaulting) problems
    when modified to successfully build.

Since it cannot have been used (and no one has complained) in over ten years,
    we're removing it.
