The cups subdirectory includes pdftoraster scripts which can only be built
against libcups 1.2 and later. This causes the optional 'cups' makefile target
to fail to build on systems with an older cups, for example MacOS 10.4.

required cups version.

Till committed the patch himself as r9535 on Sat Mar 7 21:46:16 2009 so this bug should have been closed then.
