Description Roberto Garuti 2008-09-26 02:12:06 UTC
I'm having serious problem converting PDF MS-Dynamics generated file to PS
format on linux platform.
I really don't know exactly what's the command launched or which parameters
apply to this case since the GS confersion are internally lauched by hylafax
software before transmitting a fax, but I can list the error message (below)
and I can also send you the document causing the problem.
You can test the problem by command pdf2ps file.pdf file.ps on linux OS.
Here the error:

The file that generate error during ps conversion.
Comment 2 Ken Sharp 2008-09-26 02:27:04 UTC
This is not a pdfwrite problem, the same error occurs when rendering (as well as
a number of other warnings about damaged xref, incorrect stream length and so on).

Opening the file with Acrobat briefly flashes a 'fixing' dialog, followed by
'illegal operation 're' inside a text object'.

So the file seems pretty badly damaged. However the reported error looks to be a
duplicate of 690061 (and possibly others).
