when I run gs8.61, I got the following error

The latest release is 8.63

No file is attached.

If this problem persists with 8.63 (or the HEAD svn version), please re-open
this bug AND attach the file.

If a file is not attached that has been tested and confirmed to fail with 8.63.
this bug will be permanently closed.
