The recent revision to head fixed most of pkm output issues with the regression
files but major differences with three files remain:

Altona.Page_3.2002-09-27.pdf
Altona_Technical_1v1_x3.pdf
S2_Digitalproof-Forum_x3k.pdf

The command line in all cases is:

gshead -q -sDEVICE=pkmraw -sOutputFile=S2_Digitalproof-Forum_x3k.pdf.pkmraw
-r300 -K1000000 -dMaxBitmap=10000 -dNOOUTERSAVE -dJOBSERVER -c false 0 startjob
pop -f -dBATCH -dNOPAUSE - < ./S2_Digitalproof-Forum_x3k.pdf

I'll attached a copy of the S2_Digitalproof-Forum_x3k.pdf screenshot.

The file test.pdf is also different between baseline and head, though this may
be a separate issue.

File works correctly with gshead (r8201), the patch for Bug 689353 appears to
have fixed this file as well.
