Pink fills are incorrectly masked in pdfwrite output.

Ray, I guess you meant "assigning to Leonardo".

The problem is caused by a Type3 character cut-off with the character bbox and 
relates to the patch http://ghostscript.com/pipermail/gs-cvs/2005-
July/005625.html . Likely now we've got a case, which contradicts our old 
practice, which the patch works for.
