At 400 or 800 dpi, the characters looks strange. The 'e' in Continental and the "circle" around the horse is very strange (octagonal). Reassigning for vectors to be investigated. Setting P2 for a customer bug. In the simplified test all the drawing is a single TT glyph. It paints good if I set AVECTOR_BUG 0 in ttfmain.c . Likely need to adjust thresholds. A suggested patch is being tested. Its committment is postponed until the
gs/src reorganization ends.
The paytch causes a progression with comparefiles/bugsample.pdf . No difference with CET. Patch to HEAD : http://ghostscript.com/pipermail/gs-cvs/2008-August/008551.html |
