GhostScript Prompt on silent installation

According documentation (https://ghostscript.readthedocs.io/en/gs10.0.0/Install.html),I should be able to silently install gs10011w64.exe \S. 

However, running this at a command prompt brings up the installer windows. See attached screenshot. 

Note: I have tried with 
gs10011w64.exe \S (capital S)
gs10011w64.exe \s (small S)
