I'm assuming you are using a 64-bit version of Windows, if so I would suggest you look at bug #691975 where an issue with GSView and 64-bit Ghostscript has been addressed.

If this is the case then you will need to download and install the latest installer for Ghostscript 9.01 (only the installer has changed I believe) and follow Russell's instructions in comment #8 of bug #691975.

I'm closing this as a duplicate of 691975, however if your problem persists please reopen this issue.
