Run on NUC (Intel i7-8559U CPU @ 2.70GHz, CPU Max MHz 4500).

Using the perf_testing_gpdl.git test files initially, with the CAL libary,
some few files/modes were slower. Our goal is to be no slower when using the

The attached list is obsolete, and now the performance web page shows which
files are slowed down with CAL.
