I think there are two issues in currrent master that should be fixed before the next stable release.

The first one is to implement page breaks in the ePub reader (bug #695939).

The second issue is to show top link destinations in PDF documents (bug #696442). I’m afraid this is a real bug.

There are other issues that I’d love to be included in the next release, but I think these two ones have to be fixed.

Both features require significant work or risk of breakage, and are not suitable for squeezing in at the last moment.
