Starting with 8fcea1fef23c45a81ad5d13a5e3afd5662e0efef if Ghostscript is configured with --disable-compile-inits the icc profiles are not found.

For example:

  bin/gs -IResource/Init -sDEVICE=ppmraw -o test.ppm examples/tiger.eps

fails with this message:

  ./base/gsicc_manage.c:1086: gsicc_open_search(): Could not find default_gray.icc 
| ./base/gsicc_manage.c:1706: gsicc_set_device_profile(): cannot find device profile
...
