another test file is http://bugs.ghostscript.com/attachment.cgi?id=10631 , Bug 694990. It seems that the x11 device does not work on mono or CMY data? windows binary with the windows display device does show the tiger (with v + h scroll bars). another test file is 694990 . With corrected decompression, windows display shows tiger (with v + h scroll bars) - x11 still does not work. Using "bin/gs -sDEVICE=x11 -r72 mono" works for me with current code. Testing the file from Bug 694990 results in garbage, but then it does for all the devices. |
Created attachment 10630 [details] tiger PCL The attached file works through pdfwrite (shows the usual tiger). x11 shows blank. From HP's generic monochrome laser driver.
