We want to include all image code in the default graphics library build. 
Genconf should not be need to configure which image code is used at compile time.

I think it's appropriate to do something similar with the compositor types.

I understand this bug report as a request to remove the following building directives.

  -imageclass <iclass>
  -imagetype <itype>

Is this still relevant? Perhaps, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
