Description Ralph Giles 2009-04-08 16:32:32 UTC
It was reported at the printing summit today that HP inkjet duplex printing
didn't properly respect the Tumble attribute when using the cups raster driver.
In particular it seemed to be flipping x but not y.

The code in HEAD does seem to check the tumble and cups ppd flip_duplex options
when calculating the page orientation; it would be nice to have confirmation
whether this is still an issue.

Till: do you think this issue Ralph wrote here is the same as bug 691029 which you filed 8 months later? If yes, please close as duplicate.

It should be the same thing, but in bug 691029 I have at least tested whether all duplex settings work correctly with the HPLIP driver. So I close this as duplicate of bug 691029.
