The listed bug has the doc in question. Scribus is calling GS in the background
to import the EPS file.

Testing on adobe PS v. 3017 (thanks to W.) shows the same broken fonts as on
Ghostscript. Distiller 5 + Acrobat Reader also show broken fonts.
Most likely the EPS file was generated incorrectly.
