The attached file when processed by GhostPCL head (r3089+8795) is missing it's
the three pages, as compared to output from an HP LaserJet 6MP.

The command line I'm using:

  pcl6 -r600 -sDEVICE=pbmraw -sOutputFile=test%02d.pbm -dBATCH -dNOPAUSE  C303.BIN

Again (see 689897) I get 18 pages for both hp and artifex.  I will hold off on
the other missing page reports until we find out what is going on with these 2
bug reports.
