I am just rendering a pdf to tif which has an JBIG2 encoded image inside. The 
resulting image is just blank without any error message coming from 
ghostscript. The same behavior I found with ghostview trying to show the pdf 
using version 8.6 of ghostscript. Even with debug flag set there is no error 
message to inform me what is going wrong. Acrobat reader can show this pdf 
without problems.

The sample file was created by the same program and shows the same
symptoms as a sample from the bug 689841. Closing as a duplicate.
