Customer reports failure converting a PDF to tiffg4. Reproduced with the x11
device on head. The file is corrupt:

Including not mentioning a creator. It opens fine in Acrobat and evince(libpoppler).

I've reproduced the problem -- using GSview and interpreting pages out of
order. The file claims PSC conformance but violates the page independence
requirement of the DSC specification.

You might try setting the 'Optimize for Portability' option in the PostScript
driver in Windows.
