You are trying to use hl1250 device driver but vour version of Ghostscript doesn't include this driver. Only v. 7.06 and 7.07 of all versions of Ghostscript released by the Ghostscript developers include it. Before this driver is added to the 8.XX versions you need to get the source code of the driver, add it to the current Ghostscript, modify the make files, and recompile.
