Comment originally by lpd@users.sourceforge.net Logged In: YES user_id=8861 I executed ps2pdf COWGIFword.ps t.pdf with the current CVS tree (as of 7/2/01), and the resulting image appeared to be correct. If it still fails for you with the current code, please provide the command line, platform, and other relevant information, or else provide another test file that still fails. TIA. Comment originally by lpd@users.sourceforge.net Logged In: YES user_id=8861 Apparently a workaround was implemented on 5/8/2001 (lib/gs_ll3.ps [1.9]) by including an IdiomSet that rewrites certain procedures generated by the Win2K driver. This was a bad fix: it requires LanguageLevel 3 capability with IdiomRecognition enabled, and it doesn't address the real problem. We will remove this IdiomSet as soon as we understand how to fix the problem properly. Comment originally by lpd@users.sourceforge.net Logged In: YES user_id=8861 We have removed the workaround, implemented and tested a proper fix, and checked the fix into the CVS tree.
