Description Robert Cicconetti 2011-06-09 23:58:27 UTC
Source PDF:
http://www.archive.org/download/margaretvincentn00clifiala/margaretvincentn00clifiala.pdf

Command line:
gs -dNOPAUSE -dSAFER -dBATCH -sDEVICE=pnggray -sOutputFile=%03d.png -r300 -dFirstPage=20 -dLastPage=20 ../margaretvincentn00clifiala.pdf

Version 9.02 amd64 precompiled binaries for windows.

When outputting to pnggray (or tiffgray) outputs, the background color of the PDF is rendered as a dither. dBitsPerPixel, dGraphicsAlphaBits, dTextAlphaBits settings had no apparent effect.

8.63 outputted a smooth, low resolution background.
