building the SVN (rev. 12305) with

nmake -f pspcl6_msvc.mak PL_SCALAR=ufst

fails on gs/psi/fapiufst.c (line 1672), probably UFSTFONTDIR not defined.

This should be resolved with r12308.

As well as language_switch now building, it should use the UFST to access Microtype fonts for the Postscript/PDF "built-in" fonts (it will still use Freetype for downloaded PS/PDF fonts). The PCL interpreter will continue it's existing behaviour with UFST,
