The class MuPDFCore is a java class that is required by the JNI layer your wrote for the Android NDK implementation. It is missing.

Also, more detailed help building would be much appreciated.

Oops, looks like I forgot to commit MuPDFCore.java.

Instructions for building the android app are given in android/ReadMe.txt
