Example .pdf exhibiting the issue.

The attached .pdf has an incorrect blending.
If the /ca-entry in object 5 0 R is changed to 1.0 the .pdf is rendered correctly.
Could this have something to do with the entire page contents being a transparency group?

Colors were not premultiplied with the constant alpha before blending in the image painting function.
