Freetype FAPI debug messages do not confine themselves to their own lines, creating output similar to the following with tiffsep separation output:

FreeType
Font NKFEOR+CronosMM_700_11_ is being rendered with FAPI=FreeType
Font --nostringval-- ( ali%%SeparationName: Die
%%SeparationName: Varnish

I forgot this one is about FAPI debug not using newlines.
