When transforming the file I am going to attach to this defect,
some macros are misplaced in the output (see page 22 and 25). 
We are using GhostPCL 1.40. We tested with GhostPCL 1.53 and we 
know that in this latest code the problem does not appear anymore.
We have in plan an upgrade to 1.53 version this year, but until that moment,
could you help us with a patch for this problem for GhostPCL 1.40?

Within a day or two Artifex will be releasing Ghostscript 8.64 and GhostPDL 1.54,
so when you do upgrade, please plan on 1.54. We do releases in Feb and Aug,
shooting for the 1st of the month. Due to a last minute critical issue, we
missed Feb 1 for 1.54, but anticipate releasing on Feb 3rd.

sorry the fix has too many dependencies to provide a trustworthy patch.  If the
goal is to minimize change the earliest release that fixes this problem is
http://www.ghostscript.com/releases/ghostpdl-1.50.tar.bz2.

Changing customer bugs that have been resolved more than a year ago to closed.
