almost the same as bug 688412 , 3 of them are already in ghostscript
head, except
ftp://ftp.oreilly.com/pub/examples/nutshell/cjkv/adobe/ac15.tar.Z

I upgraded the following Japanese Unicode CMap resourses 
UniJIS-UTF16-H UniJIS-UTF32-H UniJIS-UTF8-H UniJISX0213-UTF32-H
from
ftp://ftp.oreilly.com/pub/examples/nutshell/cjkv/adobe/aj16.tar.Z

All other files including all files from ac15.tar.Z are already
included in HEAD.
