The GSview 4.7 for windows has an ommition. If you go to: start>>controlpanel>>add/remove programs and select the ghostscript it should have Click here for support information AND BY CLICKING THERE a window with title:Support Info ,SHOULD OPEN.THIS ALSO APPLIES TO THE AFDL Ghostscript Fonts. Moreover the adobe acrobat has a preview feature not supplied in GSview 4.7 ,I shall try to attach some pictures of this. Finally your program does not support ICC profiles 4 which means that images are displayed wrongly, see an online test found at: http://www.color.org/version4pdf.pdf (TO SEE IT OF COURSE YOUR PROGRAM MUST BE THE ONE THAT OPENS .pdf FILES).You will just need to extend the support to the ICC 4. IF YOU USE OTHER COLOUR IMAGING SUCH AS THE APPLE COLORSYNC JUST MAKE THE .pdf TEST IMAGES TO BE DISPLAYED CORRECTLY. ADOBE ACROBAT 7.0.0 SUPPORTS BOTH ICC 2 AND 4.

This are several bugs here, which would be better submitted as separate bugs: 1. Add/Remove Programs entry only removes application. It does not have the entries to enable "Click here for support information". There is talk of using NSIS instead of the GSview/ghostscript internal installer. This may be fixed at this stage. 2. Acrobat can display a thumbnail preview of the first page in Windows Explorer. GSview does not do this. Which version of Acrobat (distiller? reader?) and Windows does this? XP with Acrobat 6 does not. It is unlikely that GSview will ever do this. 3. Ghostscript does not support ICC v4 profiles. This should be filed as a ghostscript bug, not GSview. Because of the attachments, leave this bug as #2 above. Please commit a ghostscript bug for #3. I will look at fixing #1 in GSview.
The ICC 4.1 support is now a separate bug 688036.
NSIS-based installer for ghostscript is Bug 691363 and progressing nicely and does have the "Click here for support information" feature.
