The customer reports part of the spiral in fts_4606 is missing.

I found the source of this one.  Should have a fix shortly.

Fixed with http://git.ghostscript.com/?p=ghostpdl.git;a=commit;h=856eedc584a224bd311fa7688fc29ba487521dfb.  

Problem was a space for before the closing quote on stroke_dash_array_att
