There's no way to investigate this without a sample file and a command line to use to reproduce the problem. In addition, 8.63 is really quite old, you might try updating to something less than 2 years old. The current version is 8.71 and version 9.0 is due for release within days. I'd suggest you upgrade and if you can still reproduce the problem, attach a specimen file to this report, along with the command line you are using. Two weeks, no example file and no further response from the original reporter. We can't investigate the problem without an example, so I'm closing this as invalid, it can be reopened if an example file is supplied. |
