fts_32_3226.pdf has /Subtype /Underline that is supposed to be in Red

fts_32_3228.pdf has /Subtype /Strikeout that is supposed to be in Red.

The underline is drawn at 1/7 of the QuadPoints box height with the line
1/16 of the height thick.

I don't understand Alex's comment. When I run this on HEAD, I don't see any
underline or strikeout. Is the comment about what Adobe does, and thus, what
Ghostscript should be doing ?
