The ps3cet file 14-08.PS is rendered differently with r11070 than with r11071 (head (r11582) renders the file the same way as r11071).  See the attached screen shot.

Adobe Acrobat and my HP LaserJet P3005 match the output from r11070.

Bug688372.ps is also affected by the the same issue.
